SolveCertificate

Turns a solve into a case directory: the 6b2 files, the preregistered specs, the arms, a hash-chained results/ that continues the observation chain, and certificate.json. 6d4 packs these files into a .driftcase and re-derives the posteriors and statistics from them.

The level of one forward test. The family is the rounds forward experiments a search may run. Holm's first threshold is alpha over the family size; the search stops at its first rejection, so every test uses that threshold and the family-wise bound is alpha.
