The attributes that differ between two arms: MeasuredDiff.source is measured when both arms were captured inside their containers and the treatment capsule shows every requested value, predicted when an arm has no capsule, and void when both were captured but the treatment capsule lacks a requested value (MeasuredDiff.unreached names those paths). MeasuredDiff.compared counts the attribute paths of the two capsules; MeasuredDiff.probes lists the probe ids whose transcripts differ.
