Verify

Re-derives what a solved case records from its own data: the file hashes and both hash chains, every exact Fisher p from the recorded trials, the outcome of each experiment under its preregistered rule, the posterior sequence, the ranking and plan, and that the verdict follows from the recorded experiments. It does not re-run anything.
